For commercial builders
Shop drawings, ITPs and commissioning as standard.
Design and construct specialists
So the handover pack is complete at practical completion, and the mechanical package never becomes the reason the certifier is waiting.
Priced from your drawings. Four questions first, under a minute.
- Mechanical packages $50,000 to $500,000
- Ten year workmanship warranty on systems we install and maintain
- Established 2014
- Records as standard
The estimator's problem
Handover is where packages fall apart.
The cheap number wins the package, then the job pays for it: records missing at practical completion, a crew that was never big enough, and coordination pushed back onto your site team. And when the design is wrong at the start, no amount of commissioning fixes it at the end.
Records missing at handover
ITPs backfilled from memory and commissioning that never quite got documented. The consultant notices, every time.
Undermanned packages
A price built on a crew that doesn't exist turns into program risk you carry, not them.
Coordination left to you
Clashes solved on site cost far more than they cost on the shop drawings.
We price the other way around. The design is engineered in-house before anything is priced, and the paperwork and the crew are in the number from the start.

Mechanical packages, delivered whole
$50,000 to $500,000
Capability
The package, priced and delivered whole.
Shop drawings
Issued for approval before anything is made, and kept current as the job moves.
ITPs
Inspection and test plans signed as the work progresses, so quality is recorded rather than remembered.
Commissioning
Every system proven, balanced and documented before handover, with the records in the pack.
Mechanical, with the electrical priced in
The mechanical electrical work is in our number and done under a registered electrical contractor, so it is one price and one program. Certificates of electrical safety come with the handover pack.
Sheet metal fabrication
Custom ductwork made for the job. Shorter lead times, no middleman on quality.
Certificate of compliance for design (regulation 126)
We do the full design in house, drawings, calcs and schedules, and a registered mechanical engineer we work with signs off the reg 126. It's in our price.
Refurbs, aged care and medical work run in occupied buildings. That is where being the live site experts earns its name: the same discipline that fitted source capture across working Fire Rescue Victoria stations, with the stations live the whole time.

The big plant is the job.
Chillers, cooling towers, chilled and condenser water systems, heating hot water, VRF including Daikin VRV, and the BMS integration to run it. After handover we service the same gear, so the contractor who installed the plant is the one looking after it.
Delivered work
Three jobs, in detail.
Education
Koonung Secondary College
A full VRF air-conditioning system installed across multiple buildings at this Melbourne secondary college. We fitted a Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF network, outdoor condensers feeding ducted units, wall units and cassettes, zoned individually across the campus, giving consistent climate control through classrooms, halls and admin areas off one integrated system.
Delivered end to end, from mechanical design through compliance certification and a full operating and maintenance manual handed to the school.
Commercial, CBD
Collins Place, Melbourne CBD
Mechanical works delivered across eight levels of one of Melbourne's landmark CBD office towers. We have handled plant upgrades and tenancy fit-outs level by level at Collins Place, including high capacity three phase units and DC motor fan upgrades, each completed to the standard a live, occupied high rise demands.
It shows we can work methodically through a major building over time, rather than turn up once and install.
Health
Monash Health, Dandenong Hospital ICA upgrade
A mechanical services upgrade delivered inside a live hospital for Monash Health at Dandenong Hospital. The job paired a Mitsubishi VRF system with Johnson Controls building management integration and Fantech ventilation, engineered with seismic bracing to meet the compliance standard critical health infrastructure requires.
Full documentation from design through ITPs, commissioning and sign-off, delivered without disrupting a working hospital.

The right fit
The packages we fit, both ways.
This is for you
Builders and estimators carrying mechanical packages from $50,000 to $500,000 who need shop drawings, ITPs and commissioning records complete at practical completion.
This is not for you (yet)
Our band is $50,000 to $500,000 and that is where we do our best work. Above it, talk to Mathew before you choose who prices it, because the answer depends on the program rather than the number. And when the mechanical is treated as an afterthought line item, the cheap number will beat us, until handover.
Frequently asked
What estimators ask us first.
What size packages do you price?
Mechanical packages from $50,000 to $500,000 of air-conditioning work is the band we are built for. Above it, ring Mathew before you choose who prices it. Below it, a local installer will price it sharper than we can.
Can you man a compressed program?
The crew is in the number from the start rather than assumed. If we cannot man it to your dates we say so before you award it, not after.
What's in the handover pack?
Shop drawings as built, signed ITPs, commissioning records with the measured numbers, manuals, warranties and certificates. The pack the certifier asks for.
Do you fabricate your own ductwork?
Yes, in our own workshop. It shortens lead times and puts quality control in our hands rather than a supplier's.
Where do you work?
Melbourne CBD and the south-eastern suburbs, down to Portsea. Something further out goes to Mathew rather than getting knocked back.
