What makes the difference

What most contractors our size don't have.

Engineering in-house
01
Design and drawings by our own engineer.
Our own sheet metal workshop
02
Custom duct and grilles made here, to the architect's lines, on lead times we control.
Ten years on our workmanship
03
On systems we install and maintain, while the maintenance stays in place, against a twelve month defects period in the standard subcontract.

Where we work

Melbourne CBD, and south-east to Portsea.

Melbourne CBD and the south-eastern suburbs, down to Portsea, for mechanical work. Our exhaust extraction goes Australia wide and into New Zealand. Something outside that gets looked at rather than knocked back.
